Rich Engle, founder.
Rich Engle began his career at 16, working as a helper building homes in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. By 18, he was independently framing and finishing homes, developing a strong foundation in precision construction. He transitioned into high-end residential remodeling, focusing on basements, kitchens, additions, and finish carpentry.
Early in his career, he founded Engle Industries, performing both residential and commercial work and establishing a hands-on approach to construction and client management. He later founded Colorado Commercial Solutions, a firm that delivered tenant finishes across major retail centers including Park Meadows, Cherry Creek, and FlatIron Crossing, as well as hotel projects. The work required consistent execution in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
That experience defines the standards Engle Construction Group applies today: disciplined project management, coordinated trades, code compliance, and consistent finish quality.
Engle Construction Group now serves the Front Range from its base in Elizabeth, Colorado. The company holds a Class A license and operates across three divisions: residential construction, commercial tenant finish, and fire and flood reconstruction.
The company's work is built on reliability, craftsmanship, and long-standing relationships with designers, engineers, and trade partners.

Engle Construction Group's values.
Four things guide every project, whether it's a custom home, ground-up hotel, house remodel, or tenant improvement.
- Trust and integrity. Our business runs on trust and word-of-mouth. We show up when we say we will, and deliver what's promised in writing.
- Commercial-grade craft. The standards that built retail stores and Ritz-Carlton penthouses go into every project, residential or commercial, down to the smallest finish detail.
- Built on relationships. Long-running partnerships with the designers, engineers, architects, and trade pros we work with are the foundation of every project.
- The contractor who answers the phone. We answer. If we miss you, we call back. Simple.

If you want to talk through your project, call me.
I answer the phone. We walk the site, talk scope, and decide whether I'm the right fit. No pressure and no voicemail tag.
